Star Wars Blu Ray Box Set Announced Fall 2011

Just announced at Celebration V, comes the news that the entire 6 film Star Wars Legacy will be release on Bluray in the US Fall of 2011.

The set will only include the Remestered Special Editions of the Original Trilogy, but at least we will have the best trilogy of all time in Hi-Def.

The Empire Strikes Back Celebrates it’s 30th Anniversary!

Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back enjoys its thirty year anniversary this week. Released in 1980 this instalment was directed by Irvin Kershner and reunited the cast from the previous film. Following release not only did this film go on to continue to cement the Star Wars franchise as one of the most successful of all time but it also earned its rightful place as the favourite episode in the franchise for many fans.
