Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 Makes Franchise Record

It's official. The latest film in the Harry Potter franchise - The Deathly Hallows Part 1, has now become the biggest money earner in the 10 year old franchise internationally. Warner Bros have released a press release this week stating that so far, Harry Potter 7.1 has earned over $657.24 million dollars, outgrossing the previous record holder Harry Potter and the Philosiphors Stone which earned $657 million back in 2001.

For a film franchise to be consistantly good and still earning the dollars, it'll be interesting to see what Warners will have their eyes set on next.
