Based on the 2004 novel 'The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud' by Ben Sherwood, comes the film adaptation CHARLIE ST. CLOUD starring Zac Efron. Efron turned down the role in the remake of 1984 classic Footloose to star in this film and I really think he made the right decision, you could clearly see after High School Musical he wanted to branch out and show some range other then the singer/dancer that he's known for.

Universal Pictures via Yahoo! Movies gives us the First Look at a clip from Zac Efrons next movie CHARLIE ST. CLOUD. I have previously posted the trailers here, I am very much looking forward to this one, looks to me like a great story and an even better role for Efron.
