Thor tracking $65 Million Dollar US Opening Weekend.

This might be news to some people but THOR only came out in America last friday! The Thursday Night Midnight screenings pulled in $3.3 Million Dollars, which gives it some great tracking to hit a $65 Million Dollar opening weekend, which is just incredible news for Marvel and Paramount Pictures.

The First Clip has been released for the upcoming film THOR, which Ill be quite honest with you very excited about! I love the trailer and everything around it at the moment plus Ill be interviewing Tom Hiddleston who plays Thors brother Loki just before release on the 22nd April! Marvel and Paramount recently released the second trailer to the upcoming THOR film starring Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman and Sir Anthony Hopkins. At the moment this film is starting to look pretty damn impressive, given we haven't really seen to much only a couple of trailers and the Superbowl TV Spot I'm trying to not get overly too excited! Paramount Pictures have just released the official movie poster of Marvel's 'Thor'. Starring Australia's Chris Hemsworth (Star Trek 09), Natalie Portman (Black Swan) and Sir Anthony Hopkins (Audrey Rose), the film is set to grace our screens on 28th April 2011. Yahoo! Movies premieres the first photo that shows Chris Hemsworth as Thor, it hit the net not long ago and with all the IronMan buzz thought it would be worth posting. Kenneth Branagh is directing Thor, hes usually on the other side of the camera in such films as 'The Boat that Rocked' and 'Valkyrie'.

Thor has an amazing cast from Natalie Portman and Sir Anthony Hopkins. We still have a bit of time to wait for Thor its currently filming and is due out in Australia May 19th Next year. Check out the picture below and post your thoughts.
