The rumours are particularly strong that Christoph Watlz from INGLORIOUS BASTERDS will take a major role.

Tarantino's Next Flick - A Western?

Capatilising on the success of this year's Oscar winning Best Picture - The King's Speech, Harvey Weinstein has reportedly been talking up a couple of new projects. It appears that The Weinstein Company are in talks with Quentin Tarantino about his new film, a western, that he has written and will present to the Weinsteins within a few months.

If you've seen Inglourious Basterds, you will have noticed a strong Sergio Leone vibe throughout the film and QT is an unabashed fan. Apparently this script, unlike Kill Bill and IB before it, has been an easy birth for the Auteur director.
