Freddy Krueger returns in A Nightmare on Elm Street, a contemporary re-imagining of the horror classic. A group of surburban teenagers share one common bond: they are all being stalked by Freddy Krueger, a horribly disfigured killer who hunts them in their dreams. As long as they stay awake, they can protect one another…but when they sleep. there is no escape.

Nostalgia can be a cruel and fickle mistress.

Freddy Claws His Way Back To Number 1

Wow, it feels like 1988 again!

With the Nightmare franchise being all but killed off due to the misfire that was Freddy Vs. Jason (No Kane Hodder???) in 2003, it looked like we'd never see the O.G. Dream Stalker on the big screen again.

Cut to 7 years later and Platinum Dunes has brought our favourite Four Clawed Serial Killer back from the grave for a brand new outing, albeit in remake form.
